Joe Wrangler Cowboy Bible Camp is a camp for 'wanna be' young wrangles! This fun day camp is a 5 day camp, offered during the summer months. If those youngins' want to learn to ride, rope and wrangle, this is the place to be! Ages 8-12 beginners will learn the must know "horse basics" - grooming, cleaning, tack, safety, riding and of course, daily fun, bible lessons! Our energetic program also offers, crafts, rope the dummy head, decorate a horse, arena games, snacks, an optional Friday overnight with campfire, s'mores, hamburgers and hot dogs! It all comes together on Saturday, with a fun show and audience games, for the parents and friends!
Our Bible lessons are scripture based. We are not affiliated with any denomination. We believe Jesus is the Son of God and the ONLY way to heaven, is through His salvation. We believe in the trinity. We believe that the bible was written by men, under the direction of the Holy Spirit. We believe there is no greater need in this world, than the need to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ...and THAT is what all teaching is based on. We are the Exodus ranch...we have made an Exodus out of slavery and into the freedom of Christ.
Camps for 2012 are in July and August. Please contact us for dates and additional information.

  1. We love Exodus Ranch! We were traveling from Maryland to Texas and found Exodus on the internet. The pictures looked really nice and when we arrived, it was exactly as shown. Melody was very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. We arrived earlier than we stated and she let us right in.

The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and is decorated in a very "homey" feel. The breakfast that was served was great! It was fresh, homemade and delicious, served right at our front door at the time we asked. (We felt very spoiled). The apartment is just steps away from the barn, outdoor arena, pastures and trails! After being on the road for so long, it was the perfect place to rest.

We are very picky when it comes to our horses. (More picky than for ourselves) The barn and stall was very organized and clean. The stalls were spacious and very safe for our horse. He has a visual impairment that makes us leary as to where he stays, but we felt very comfortable with him staying at Exodus. We were able to come and go to the barn as we pleased.

Exodus is a beautiful place! The outdoor arena is very large and the pastures are also spacious and safe. The entire place smelled of flowers! There are lots of places to ride and walk. We would highly recommend Exodus Ranch to horse enthusiasts, as well as those travelling or looking for a little get-away. It was truly a "home away from home". We look forward to staying there on our return trip! Thanks, Melody! You made us feel right at home!

    Sincerely,
    Chrissy
